Transparency on Tag page

I've just discovered Tags and my Tags page is showing up with the Tags list background transparent so my background shows through making it hard to read
Now I'd love for the journal entries background to have this but I'd never got it working so gave up.

As far as I know I've not done anything to edit the Tag page.

Is this normal? I've looked at my friends and their Tag pages is ok
