Customizing the Entries; Subject and Date

There are two things I want to do: I want to have the date in the area where the subject is (right above it) and I want to have the security shown underneath where it says "current tags". I'm pretty sure that both of those things are done under "customizing the entries", but I'm not sure exactly how to go about doing either of those things. If anyone could help me or point me in the right direction that would be great. My layer id is 6380486. Thank you!
