CSS/Other Things Not Working

Solved.

Okay, I'm completely lost. S2 makes me want to throw things.

I can't get my CSS to work. I know absolutely nothing about the language of S2. My code is probably as botched as it could possibly be. I made both of my layers public..

6732164 is my Theme and 6733653 is my User.

Just getting my CSS to work would be great. It's like parts of my Theme layer don't even exist when I view my journal.
