Links to Different Components?

Is there any way to link to other components?

I have long lists of links in different components on the left side of my journal.

I'm afraid people won't see many of them since one has to scroll down quite a bit for a few of them.

I was hoping to make a component directly underneath my titlebar (using the Custom Titlebar Comps Tutorial) and put links to other components in it.

Is this possible?
