Scrollbar Colors in Mozilla Firefox? (QUESTION ANSWERED)

How do I adjust the colors of the scrollbars in my components for Mozilla Firefox?

The code I've used to change the colors of the components' scrollbars works in Internet Explorer, but when I use Mozilla, the scrollbars appear in the standard grey format.

Is there code I can use so the colors appear correctly in Mozilla Firefox also?

If you need it, my theme layer # is: 5802368, my user layer # is: 5583391, my style # is: 9474747.
