Control Panel Component - solved: component_help

Hi everyone!

I have made som huge strides for me thanks to this community.
However, I need a little help now, I want to add a Control Panel Component
to my layout, but I can't seem to find exactly where or how to do this.

Any help or direction would be appreciated, I looked through the memories
and didn't find anything, it's probably under my nose somewhere! :D
