remove this part of code from top header?

Hi, I couldn't find how to do in the memories or tutorials, but I was wondering how do you get rid of the part shown circled in the picture below:

including the "-"? I want to make it just like the header at the top of my main LJ page .. all I want visible on all pages is just the title and subtitle, nothing else.

My layer is viewable and the ID is #7049575. Any help will be appreciated :)
