Links List Component Help solved

Okay, I'm playing totally stupid here, so forgive me. But I've searched and searched in tutorials and memories to find out why my links list component is not showing up, when I have it activated to be the third component down... But all I could find are ways to tweak your component and not create it. I need to figure out how to get it to even show up before I do any tweaking! :P

Can anyone tell me what the codes are to input it, and where exactly to put it?
