Scrollbar / Color font of bolded italicized / White border calendar

First time posting here; so if I do it wrong; please feel free to delete this post I guess; but before you do; could you lead me to the tutorial with the answer? So I'm not just embarassed; but I learn something too.

Anyhoo; I was wondering how to do a few things with my component layout:

- Change the scrollbar colors for the entire layout
- Change the color / font / style of bolded, underlined, italicized words.
- Find a way to put a white border around each of my calendar dates.
