Get rid of title box? Bold and uppercase date? Change the subject color and font? Make words closer?

1 - How do I completly get rid of the little box on my layout that says "amber" right up under my header?

2 - How do I make my date bold AND capitalized?

3 - How do I change the color and font of my subject and JUST my subject?

4 - How do I make the words on my sidebar under "take me as i am" closer together?
