Text Questions!

So how in the world do I fix my subject text and my component header text in the white to not be so bunched up?

Also, how do I get the text in my "about me" component to be the same? For example, I want it ALL to look like it does after "LOVES" and NOT like "AMBER".

I hope I'm making any sense here, I'm tired after all. Thanks to anyone that can help me!
