Backgrounds & Random Quotes

Is there a way to have a background image for the entry and component headers?

Also, is it possible to have two random quote generator components? I'm using one for snippets of song lyrics, but I'd like another to display some inspirational quotes I've collected.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. :)
