Changing icon images & Mood theme

I've looked through the memories several times and could not seem to find the answer I was looking for. If I looked over it, please forgive me.

I really would like to change my default icon images (edit entry, edit tags. etc) to mini icons of my own. Can anyone give me the coding for how to do that? I already figured out how to change my locked image but can't figure these out.

Also I'd really like to know how to set up my mood theme, tags, etc like this one at this journal.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
