Comment pages still stretching

Well, anyway. My comment pages are still randomly stretching even though I've slapped on almost everything I could find in the memories, so I'm not exactly sure what's in my code. Help?? :( I'm probably just being silly and it's just my browser or something, but it's driving me crazy.
