Putting the subject in the same box as the entry.

Hi, I'm working on a layout for a friend, and everything is pretty much done, except she would prefer it if the subject was how it usually is; in the same box as the entry, with the line underneath it.

Unfortunately I'm just reusing one of my old layouts, and I can't figure out what code was changed to put the subject in the same box as the date, so I can't reverse it. Hopefully that makes some sort of sense. I've included some pictures of what I mean in case it isn't.
