Entry on the reply page the same as Entry

I want the header from the entry on the reply page to look the same as the one on the entry page. I used This tutorial -  It is the right tutorial? or I am dumb.

I create a Style on my friend LJ,

I have a major issue on the journal ... I can respond comments, that's good, but I can't reply on the entry
