Metadata & Scrolling Entries

I took a break from Component for a bit and when I returned my layout needed code updating.

I have it where the userpic is inside the entry and the metadata sits to the right of the icon. How do I move the metadata downward so it doesn't start even with the icon? How do I make it where the entry text always starts below the icon even if there isn't metadata?
