Problem with Entries Stretching

Alright, so I designed a layout for one of my friends using a lot of the tutorials found here (thanks SO much), but now she's noticing that when people on her friends list post large photos, its messing up her layout and she has asked me to fix it. Is there any way I can fix this? Thanks in advance!!!

EDIT: It is a 3 column layout if that helps!!!
