Replacing the journal title bar...

I've had a look through the memories, tutorials, tags and recent entries but can't find quite the thing I'm looking for.

I'd like to replace the journal title bar. I would also like it to appear under my header, the text to be centered and the font changeable.

Is there a code I can insert into mine to achieve this without ruining my original codes?
