problem changing icons

Hi guys! I was wondering if anyone could help me out.

I'm having issues changing the icons for

I've looked around in the community but can't seem to find anything that tells me what I've done wrong.
Here are my codes.

ETA: One more thing. I have custom comment pages turned on, and in my locked entries, the changed icon for the lock this shows up, however when I click "Add comment" and it takes me to the mode=reply page the lock turns back to the default icon here.
