Printing a "subject" when there's none to print

Is there are way to print "[no subject]" in the subject line if I don't have a subject for the entry specified?

Okay, so that made little-to-no sense, so I'll specify. -- I have my entry subjects in a grey box at the top of the entry, as you can see. Well, when I don't enter a subject, the grey box disappears (again, as you can see).... I want it to remain there, only with [no subject] printed. Is there a way I can do this?

Hopefully that made enough sense.

Thanks in advance for any help provided.

List of journal entries

How can I get a list of all of my journal entries to iterate through?

I was going to make an icon that appeared somewhere on my page showing some dice, and when you click them it randomly goes to another journal entry.

Two for one...

I was wondering if there's a function to print the page summary where you want it, like print_calendar($p) does for the mini-calendar.

Also, all friend's pages I look at in component are far wider than they need to be, and it seems to happen randomly elsewhere too. This is happening in Mozilla and Netscape, but not in IE or Opera. Is anyone else experiencing this? Does anyone know of a code fix to prevent this from happening?
