Component Help

I have been browsing past entries & tutorials but not exactly sure what the proper name is for what I am looking for, I want to be able to make my link list look like wherethewind__  & sssexygirl , mainly I want to be able to make the table like kind of title, if that makes sense! Thanks so much, just please point me in the right direction!

Okay for the life of me I can't add another free text component box. Is there a max # of components that you can have on the side, and if you use your free text already, does that mean you can't create another free text component box. Or am I just stupid and not doing this right.

Ok my LJ is acting weird. I went to change my BG color and my tables become extremely big. If someone can tell me what I did wrong? Can it be fixed?

I was wondering if anyone could help me with squaring the search component on my layout and telling me how to change the borders.

Edit: I know about the Squaring components tutorial. I just don't know how to square extra components.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have a quick question to ask...

If you look at my journal, you'll see that above the entries where it has the date, sometimes it is bolded, while other times it isn't. For example on my post today at 11:25 the date is bolded while on my other post today at 6:08 it isn't.

Does anyone know why it is like that?
