I asked this before but no one helped so I'll try again. On my layout, all the links are bold & when you hover over them they change color. When you click on the 'dates' link on the sidebar, all my links aren't bold anymore & when you hover over them, they don't change color. Anyone know what's going on or maybe a code to keep them bold & everything? Thanks!

Component Borders

I love this community and have learned and am still learning so much. Now I have a question about the borders around the components....

I was searching through the tutorials and had seen where a couple of people asked but there was no real answer so here goes....does anyone know how to make the borders of the components darker?? I am trying to make the borders darker on my community layout at layoutaddicts and I am not sure where to start. I am thinking I can use "dkLine" instead of "ltLine" where it is indicated in the code for flat components but I don't want to go messing around with that as I don't understand some of it. Any ideas?? Thanks in advance!

This is going to seem like a really dumb question but i've searched and cannot find the answer. Is there anyway to remove the navigation bar COMPLETLY and also remove the box that shows the site title? I just want something really simple. Thanks :)

On my "My Music" component, what can I do to get the band and cd title right next to the image rather than all the way over on the right as it is? I tried changing a couple things but nothing has worked. Also, is there a code to change the color of my page scrollbar and component box scrollbar? I looked at the tutorials and didn't see anything about that.

I know I've seen the codes for this somewhere but the memories section is down on lj right now so looking through other communities has taken me forever, and I still haven't found it. Anyway I get all my coding help from here so I'm hoping someone can help me with this too.
the question
I want to put a background on my lj and then add a header image over top of it. For example using a pattern background w/ a header, instead of a solid color behind the header. I look through the tutorials and I may have missed it. If anyone has the code that'd be great...or just a push in the right direction.
