Comment Date and Time

So far I've been able to find an answer to everything by looking through this community, but this one I can't figure out.

I'm not sure if it's a problem with Component or just a basic LJ problem, but here it is...

The date and time on my entries seem to appear fine, but when someone posts a comment the time is like 11 hours ahead. See an example HERE. Feel free to post a comment and see what happens...

Any help is appreciated, or please direct me to the proper place if it's not a Component problem. It's probably something really simple.
