Layout header

Hmmm, well i've figured out how to add a header... (its just a blank 'test' at the moment), but I want a gap between the header and the entries and <*br*> doesn't seem to work when you've right aligned the header - anyone know how to make do it? Also my Nav bar has disapeared - anyone know how to make it come back?
