heres something crazy

Now I have an idea, and I'm not sure this is possible. But in my journal I am planning on making a component that has links to my friends journals and communities. I thought it would be really cool if there would be way I could have it say "My friends names journal" and right under that it would display the friends current user pic, and perhaps you could click that to go to their journal. Is that possible with some code?
