theme layers

is there a place or a community where people can go to share thier layers? they view others layers and share thier own? (feels stupid) I think it would be really nice and people could learn alot easier by example. So instead of flooding you all down with the common questions, maybe they would see it in someone elses layer and figure it out.. i dont know just an idea i thought.
