stylesheet help

ok so i tried to fix it on my on but that didn't work out. plus, i just need some things explained for me for clarification.

first of all, i'm using the new version of the style sheet and i keep getting
Compile error: line 10, column 12: Expected identifier.
S2::Node, S2/, 166
S2::NodeNamedType, S2/, 36
S2::NodeVarDecl, S2/, 30
S2::NodeVarDeclStmt, S2/, 30
S2::NodeStmt, S2/, 50
S2::NodeStmtBlock, S2/, 42
S2::NodeFunction, S2/, 104
S2::Layer, S2/, 58
S2::Compiler, S2/, 27

6: function print_stylesheet() {
7: var string lineht = $*lineheight + "px";
8: var string linesmall = ($*lineheight-2)+"px";
9: var string palimg = $*header_bgcolor.as_string->substr(1,6);
10: var string $bgimg = $*page_background_image + "p0000000";
11: """
12: body { background-color: $*main_bgcolor;
14: background-image: url("$bgimg");. Others said they had the error but it was never specifically pointed out what the fix to that error was so now I'm confused.

Also, just for clarification, is this stylesheet that is used so you can use the livejouranl customizations instead of doing it manually (apart from the stuff that needs to be manually fixed)? I mean I was using the old stylesheet just b/c i didn't want to fight with this error but then I was stuck with the problem of changing line colors and the corners not matching. So I assume that w/ this style sheet and the palimg fix that it works to make everyone the same?

Anyway, thanks for helping me clarify. I'm not a programmer and not really familair with this stuff so any help or recommendations are appreciated! ^__^
