Component help + header

^^ hiii~~ (: I love this community.. ^^;; this is my first post here.. and i'm going to say a huge thanks to all of you.. ^^ cos it really helped me a lot..

but i have a problem right now and it would be really great if you could help me with it ^^

i followed this and this tutorial ( header w/ nav bar and additional componet ) and i put it in my codes. But right now, it doesnt seem to be showing at all!~ ^^;

so i was wondering if anyone could help me? i'm not sure if i placed the codes in the right area and i really dont understand why it isnt working. ^^; if you need any additional info etc i'll be happy to give it!~
