Adding links to Navigation Bar

I did the "Recreating The Navigation Bar" tutorial, and it worked - except now, I would like to know how to use the code to add a link to the navigation bar. (eg. like in this community where the navigation bar has a link to the tutorials.)

Can anyone help?
