Friends Only, Memories Icon & Link to Entry

I've found and implemented the codes for changing the reply and comment text to icons, but I cannot find the codes or tutorial for changing the memories heart, friends only icon and adding a link at the bottom of the entry to the entry itself. could someone please direct me to those tutorials if available?
