Is it possible to have another entry background colour only for the Comments View page, and only for the original entry? (i.e. not the comments that follow)

And while we're there, can I change the colour of that pseudo-black lettering in my comments headers? It only responds to 'entry font', and I don't want to change that.

ETA: And how do I move the memories-edit icons, along with the entry icon, to the right?
