Icon problem

My icon on my main page shows up as an X for the past four days and at first I thought something was going on with livejournal, but other users icons are still showing. I have the coding to make my icon change every time you refresh but it worked fine for weeks, it's just now that it suddenly shows up as an X. Can someone explain to me how to fix this?
