Free Text Question

ANSWER TO THIS QUESTION CAN BE FOUND IN COMMENTS

Alright, I have ventured through the Tutorials on Free Text Components and have looked back a few pages and have not found an answer.

I feel stupid for not being able to figure this out. Alright, so when I started, I went to "Edit Customizations" and set my Enable Free Text option to "Yes" you know, so I could have Free Text components show. I proceeded to go to the "Text" tab, and erase the default "About this journal" text in the Free Text Component Title option. I then went and created a user layer and a theme layer. I have added on a couple of Free Text components.

Here is my question.

How do I get the header of that default component to disappear? I don't want to use that one default Free Text component, because HTML is disabled. I want it gone, so I can just see my Free Text components I added into my layers.

An example of my problem can be found on my style that I'm in the process of creating. See on the left side, under the flatbox component that says "Hey"? How do I get rid of that header that is just floating between the flatbox component and my Literature component?

Thanks in advance to anyone with the solution to this irking problem.
