profile help?

Okay, I've attempted this a million times it seems, I've tried the tutorials and looked through the community a bit, but I can't figure it out.

I've tried the 'edit the profile' tutorials, but I want to know how to get rid of EVERYTHING on my profile except for my user name and default icon. Can anyone help me out? It would be greatly appreciated!
