~~I am so lost. I have tried reading a few different tutorials and I am still so confused, but I'm trying, so please bear with me. I put this code :~~

I'm getting the error :

And I have no idea what that means or how to fix it. I'm not grasping the whole html thing in the tutorials so I'm basically just trying to find some that have it written out so I can just tweak it, but obviously that's not working either. Anyone with some insight and patience, if you could help me, I'd really appreciate it.
