Can't remember what this falls under

I need to find out how to change the bottom text where the previous/next section is. I don't have my component up as I'm working on it still but I don't want it to be the color that it is. Any input, tutorial link would be nice. Also is it possible to make it a different color of text than the rest of the links?

Switched it to images instead.
