I've read through many tutorials and tried many different codes but I'm having an extremely hard time getting my journal do something that is going to sound really simple. All I want is to push my entries down so that they are not covering my header and to center them. I used the shrinking and centering code and only the shrinking part worked.

Any help is extremely appreciated
