Modify Navigation Bar

I was looking in some communities and I can't find a code to modify the Navigation bar.

I would like to remove the Website link (but keep it in userinfo), change the link for friends page (I have a lot of synd and comm's added and a friends page without a filter is unreadable) and add some other links.
Does anyone have a code for this?
