icon placement

hey all... i always look thru the tutorials and i get so confused! ive been asking the amazing kunzite1 but i dont wanna keep being a nag! LOL. but i was wondering if there is a way to change where each entry's icon is?? like... right now my entries are on the right side and i love that, but i want my icon to be on the outer right edge of the entries instead of the left.... is there a way to do that??? any help MUCH appreciated as always!
