Bold/Italic/Underline Text Colors

haha... my question is... if i'm using component, is there a way to have everything bold be a certain color, every italic word be a certain color, and every underlined word be a different color, without actually having to change it manually as you type it... ???

does that make sense?! any help much appreciated as always. thx!!
