Memories and Edit Entry Links

I want to add links by my comments that allow me to add that specific entry to my memories or to edit that entry. When I was using s1 I added the following code to my LASTN_EVENT and it worked fine:

<a href="http://www.livejournal.com/tools/memadd.bml?%%itemargs%%">Add to Memories</a> / <a href="http://www.livejournal.com/editjournal_do.bml?%%itemargs%%">Edit</a>

But I tried adding it my s2 layout and the links just give me errors now. I know I could use the Entry Icons, but I want them positioned in the comment box and I want to add another button... So is there a way to code it this way???
