reducing cell padding in calendar

I'd like to thank everyone who helped me in my posts. =)

What I need to know now is, how do you reduce the cellpadding for the tiny boxes on in the calendar? (the archive page, not the mini-calendar.)

I'd also like to edit the top bar above the calendar that says "Year: 2002, 2003", etc.

Where do you go to edit the archive page?
