Tags disappeared

I thought I was relatively good with layouts, and then I got a paid account and now I feel completely ignorant. I know it's a lot different, but it's weird to feel this way again.

Anyway, pardon my ignorance, but for some reason my tags are not showing up with my entries. I'm not sure what I did wrong, but I would definitely like them back.
