tags not showing up

Sorry to hit the comm at what seems to be a busy time, but I have a question about something other than css so perhaps this will be a change of pace...

My problem is that my entry tags are not showing up. Not sure what's really going on here, but I'm guessing some of the other codes I'm using accidently nixed them somehow. My layer: 4279151

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
