Adding Extra Pages

I could have sworn that a while ago there was a post explaining how the community was able to add extra pages to their layout, (IE: The tutorial page.) I've been searching through the tutorial page and have tried to see if it would come up in a search but I'm still coming up short. So, my question is: Was this ever discussed here or did I just imagine it and could anyone direct me if there is an actual discussion on this topic so I can read up on it?
