Horizontal Scrollbar

Is it possible to put a horizontal scrollbar in my friends view only? I'm tired of people who don't put pix behind a cut & it screwing with my flist view.

Edit Solved. I used this tutorial instead.

EDIT: I'm now using this tutorial for scrolling entries. Now all but the entries are where they should be, but the content boxes have moved over.
